Welcome to Bluegrass Community Health Center, a patient centered medical home providing care to Kentucky families for more than 10 years. BCHC clinic locations provide complete medical care to adults and children, including counseling services, women's health and well child visits.

 BCHC has two Lexington office locations:

BCHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, Anthem, Humana, Aetna and other insurances. Uninsured patients may be eligible to receive a discount based on household income. 

BCHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is supported through grant funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
